David LoPresti is the founder of ADA Compliance Professionals (ADACP), a digital accessibility testing and consulting firm. He works directly with software vendors, technology manufacturers, higher education institutions, and government contractors to evaluate accessibility conformance and prepare documentation required during procurement and contract reviews.
His work centers on translating WCAG and Section 508 requirements into practical implementation and verification processes. David supports organizations with accessibility audits, VPAT and Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) documentation, remediation planning, and responses to accessibility questionnaires and contract accessibility clauses.
In addition to technical testing, he regularly advises product teams, legal departments, and compliance stakeholders on how accessibility requirements are evaluated by purchasing entities. His engagements often involve reviewing accessibility requirements during RFPs, supporting vendor onboarding reviews, and establishing repeatable accessibility verification practices across product releases.
David leads ADACP with a testing-driven approach focused on manual evaluation, assistive technology validation, and clear documentation so organizations can confidently represent accessibility conformance to customers, regulators, and procurement reviewers.
